How To Order
Ordering a new van with us is quite simple. Once we have established the best deal for you, all you we need is some information about you or your company.
Just call on 08707 875418 and we will talk you through the process. You can apply on-line and we will do the rest.
For business applications we will a need a set of audited accounts, for personal we will need proof of ID these can be faxed or emailed to us (Fax 08707 875419) - We will call you once we have received the application to organise this.
All finance rates quoted on the site are based the applicant having an excellent credit history and for business users a minimum of two years trading with audited accounts available. However we can provide funding solutions for all applicants, if you are a new start business or have had previous finance problems then please tell us first so that we can help you get a good deal.
Once we have organised the finance/credit line for you or your business all you need to do to order your new van is simply pay a £500 deposit. We can take this on a credit or debit card or you can send us a cheque, the amount is then taken of any advance payments that are required when you sign the finance agreement. Once the deposit has been taken we can then secure the van for you and confirm the lead time. Delivery dates given are estimates and are based on the information given to us by the dealer at point of order, these can change but we will update if the van will be late, or early.
Prior to delivery our administration team will send to you the finance documents. These need to be signed and returned along with any advance payment amounts to us so that we can arrange the delivery of your new van.
Delivery is free of charge to all our customers to any UK mainland address or you can collect the van from your local dealer (depends on the model you choose).
