"I would absolutely recommend anyone considering to buy any new car to Contact DSG before buying any vehicle. In my dealings with them, they provided first class service, help and superb car and finance quotations. Like most people, I was concerned about buying a car over the internet, and while looking for my car and finance deal, I spoke to 3 on-line retailers and 3 Audi dealers. DSG were not pushy, like some of the other on-line retailers, provided me quotations without hassle or follow up pressure, unlike some of the other on-line retailers. They also responded when they said they would, unlike other on line retailers. In my case I ordered my new Audi from DSG, who not only provided me with a car at a substantial discount, but also offered a superb finance deal with the car. The whole process was pain free, contact was available through the phone and e-mail, and DSG were always helpful with any queries, and quotations. Everything was plain, simple and in black and white, nothing hidden. In my case I saved approximately £2000 off the list price, and £25 per month in interest charges, a total saving of around £80 per month over the first 3 years compared to my Audi dealers quotations, no matter how hard I pushed the dealers. In addition DSG offered me a Part Exchange Value for my car comparable or better that all other retailers, although as per their advice, I sold my car privately, and saved even more money! The car was ordered as per my exact specification, built and delivered through my local Audi dealer as per the pre-agreed schedule, and was as if I had purchased the vehicle through the dealer directly. As well as the dealer looking after me and following up to check everything was fine, DSG also did to ensure total customer satisfaction. In summary DSG were a pleasure to do business with, both on a professional and a monetary basis."
